Jenae went above and beyond any other apartment tour I have been through. She was helpful, knowledgeable, and willing to explain every aspect of the rental experience and procedures in great detail. I can’t say enough good things about how the leasing office conducts business, Jenae in particular. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend any potential renters to contact Jenae for a tour.

Nancy and Angel has always provided us with exceptional and professional services. They are very communicative and responds promptly. There was an instance where I was at home, working on a timed final test. There was crazy wind speeds and it knocked the internet for many of the tenants, myself included. Nancy was so nice enough to let me borrow a computer and stay at the office to utilize their internet to finish my test. I also think it’s been so refreshing to see the little events that they hold for their tenants (pool party, trick o treating, and thanksgiving giveaway). Another person that I would like to thank is Chris. He always has provided great services and skills when it comes to any maintenance issues that we have had. Thank you for helping us address concerns! Otherwise we have met some really great fellow neighbors who have also lived here for a few years.

The maintenance supervisor Christian is very good, and quick to respond to any calls or work orders. He’s really turning the place around!

I’ve lived here for years now and i cant put into words how amazing this new set of staff has been, for months now I’ve seen chris transform the curb appeal of the entire property, being the only maintenance man on site and seeing how he’s really gone above and beyond for us here makes me never want to leave. Angel and Nancy are amazing as well and always a pleasure to talk to when I have to call or go to the office! Keep up the good work guys!

Very clean apartments!!! The buildings are Maintained beautifully the staff is very friendly, very Efficient with maintenance requests just overall an amazing experience living here

Amazing place. Great bang for your buck. For anyone new coming, make sure you see Angle. She makes the place that much better. It’s nice to feel welcomed where you live. Great place overall.
