Been living here for the past two months and I love the environment. On snowing days a gentle man named JC which is maintenance guy always makes sure are sidewalks are always clean and safe to walk on. Beautiful lady at the front desk named Yadira is always nice enough to offer me a cup of water or coffee makes me feel welcomed at the office when dropping off my rent. Always really helpful with any questions or concerns I have.

I am not a resident (quite yet) but Janae did an amazing job communicating with me as I do reside in Texas at the moment. She offered a virtual tour and called right on time even though there are time zone differences and has a great people person personality that I look for in most leasing agents when apartment searching. She is also quite knowledgeable about the apartment complex and I hope to be a resident come June/August 2023! Highly recommend speaking to her if you do contact this apartment complex!

Nancy and Angel has always provided us with exceptional and professional services. They are very communicative and responds promptly. There was an instance where I was at home, working on a timed final test. There was crazy wind speeds and it knocked the internet for many of the tenants, myself included. Nancy was so nice enough to let me borrow a computer and stay at the office to utilize their internet to finish my test. I also think it’s been so refreshing to see the little events that they hold for their tenants (pool party, trick o treating, and thanksgiving giveaway). Another person that I would like to thank is Chris. He always has provided great services and skills when it comes to any maintenance issues that we have had. Thank you for helping us address concerns! Otherwise we have met some really great fellow neighbors who have also lived here for a few years.

I emailed them about this 2 weeks ago and still haven't received a response 🤷 We have received a few recent much-needed updates to the exterior of the buildings, which has been a nice upgrade. Maintenance is a quick turnaround and the guy is super nice.

Had my tour at Fielders Creek Apartments today and was impressed the moment I walked in the door. I was immediately greeted by Gregory and Nancy both of whom were excited to show me the community. Admittedly, I was not expecting the best given some of the previous reviews. On my tour, I had the opportunity to speak with guys from the maintenance department that you could tell care deeply about the community. The leasing office, gym, and grounds were all clean and inviting. I toured a lovely 2 bedroom that was clean and comfortable. Shout out to the maintenance guy washing the breezeway during my tour!
